New Game of the Week: Bookie of Odds

Slot games are popular. Horse racing is popular. Betting on horse racing is popular. What happens when all three themes are combined into one game? Players get a new game called Bookie of Odds. And it is one of the newest additions to online casinos as of March 6.

The timing couldn’t be better. Horse racing season is around the corner. Horses, jockeys, and trainers are coming out of hibernation, shaking off the remnants of winter, and preparing to race. Bettors are brushing up on their reports so they know all about the horses when they hit the tracks. And race tracks around the world are gearing up for a big season.

Everyone can’t make it to the track, though. That’s where Bookie of Odds comes in. The excitement of the races is captured in the game, complete with the sound of the crowds cheering, horses running, and announcers calling the race.

About Bookie of Odds

Bookie of Odds is a 3×5 reel video slot with 10 paylines. All paylines are involved by betting at least $0.10 per spin, but players can spin for up to $25 each time. The RTP is 96.31%.

With so many themes available, it is not often that developers come out with new horse racing-themed slots. Therefore, Bookie of Odds is a refreshing addition to any online casino slots lineup.

Jockeys and horses with different coloured backgrounds make up several of the symbols on the reels. However, there is also an excited bettor (or bookie) who appears as well. The golden racing book is the key to triggering free spins, and the game features the popular Reelbet Re-spin.

How to Play Bookie of Odds

Players choose their denomination and begin spinning, with stunning graphics just behind the reels. A green banner at the very top of the reels prominently displays wins in dollar form. This makes it easy to see at all times.

Wins can appear on paylines with any of the horse/jockey symbols, bookies, or Ace, King, Queen, and Jack letters, as well as the number 10. The Bookie’s Tip Book, the golden racing book, serves as a scatter symbol but also can trigger free spins. Three books trigger 10 free spins, four books garners 12 spins, and five golden books triggers 25 spins.

The books and select symbols can also expand and stretch to cover the entire reel, boosting wins during the bonus round. And there is a higher chance of winning more free spins during the bonus round as well.

The re-spin options are at the bottom of each reel, and they offer a re-spin at a selected cost. The decision is then up to the player if they want to re-spin to take a chance on a big payline win. That’s because the re-spin may not produce the desired result and end the spin with no extra winnings.

Players can win up to 5000x their bet. While there is no specific jackpot, wins can be significant.

Where to Play Bookie of Odds

Triple Edge Studios brought the sights and sounds of the horse races to life for Microgaming in this exclusive game. The same developers that brought Book of Oz and Diamond Empire to customers now claim Bookie of Odds as one of their most dynamic games.

Released on March 6, Bookie of Odds is already available for play at All Slots, Royal Vegas, and Play Amo.
