New Game of the Week: Agent Jane Blonde Returns

Remember 2005? For fans of online casino games, it won’t be too hard to remember that Agent Jane Blonde made her debut that year in the video slot world. Fast more than a decade later, and prepare to welcome Agent Jane Blonde Returns.

Blonde took slots online by storm at a time when few games put a woman at the centre of a spy game. Let alone use a female lead character to attract a generation of new players. And Microgaming took care to portray her as a professional agent, too, with various costumes, weapons, and tools. All while paying nine lines and making her one of the more popular games of that year.

Players enjoyed the game enough that Microgaming brought the spy star back in Agent Jane Blonde Returns at the end of March. Stormfront Studios brought her to life in a new way through its partnership with Microgaming.

The modern version of Blonde offers 15 paylines, five reels, and employs all of the latest technology to bring her into today’s high-tech online slots world. The features are flashier, disguises are better, and hair even blonder. All of this reminds players what they loved about the original, while reveling in its sequel.

About Agent Jane Blonde Returns

With five reels and 15 paylines, the game provides quite a bit of action. And ultra-smooth technology makes the reels roll without any of the clunkiness of other games.

Agent Jane Blond Returns is set on a waterfront at night, with the water glistening in the foreground and a cityscape standing in the background. Paylines don’t just show a plain line connecting the symbols, either. Instead, there are flashy neon streaks that point out the paylines like a laser beam.

The musical theme plays as if a soundtrack to an action scene in a retro film or television show. The sound effects subsequently get a bit louder when paylines hit.

Blonde welcomes players to the game by noting, “Agent reporting for duty,” and then, “Let’s go.” Throughout the game, she compliments players on their wins. Blond’s comments include “Charming.” “Not bad.” “Quite nice!” and “Interesting.” And her comments become more animated during the bonus round, when the winnings start stacking up: “This is wild!” “Things are heating up!” “Yes!”

Meanwhile, players look for signs of the agent, whether in a trench coat and hat, scuba gear, nightclub dress, or casual work clothes. Her sports car is stunning. Meanwhile, other glitzy symbols include a gold-rimmed watch, laptop computer, purse and gun, and stacks of money with a passport.

The RTP for the game is 96.6%. Players can bet anywhere from $0.05 to $400, which is a significant range. However, the maximum win is only 300 times the stake.

How to Play Agent Jane Blonde Returns

The gameplay is rather simple. Symbols of Blonde herself pay better than ones featuring the tools of her spy trade. But the full photo of Blonde as a wild symbol is what players want to see.

The Agent Blond Returns logo is the scatter symbol. By finding two of those logos on one spin, it triggers the Respins feature. When that happens, the scatters turn to wilds and become sticky symbols, staying in position for the respin. If more wilds appear, those stick as well, and another spin continues the action until no more wilds come up or until the entire screen is wild.

Regrettably, there are no free spins as in the previous version of the game. There are also no bonus rounds outside of the Respins feature.

Where to Play Agent Jane Blonde Returns

Stormcraft Studios presents the new Agent Jane Blonde Returns slot game via an exclusive deal with Microgaming. It was so highly anticipated that it was one of the games that Microgaming highlighted at the recent ICE gaming event in London earlier this year.

With instant name recognition, top-notch graphics, and utilization of intricate technology, Agent Jane Blonde Returns was a must for any online casinos with Microgaming deals. The game was only released on March 26. Nevertheless, it has already become one of the most popular slot games.

Players can find Agent Jane Blonde Returns at most of top online casinos, such as LeoVegas, Lucky Nugget, Play Amo, SpinLand, and Betchan.
